1009 Studies on the Spectrum and Frequency Repetition of Double-Mode He-Ne Laser with Frequency Stabilization
ZHANG Hui, SHEN Nai-zheng
Theoretical analysis of spectrum and frequency repetition of the double-model frequency stabilization He-Ne laser has been done, and the beat frequency experiment using 632 nm I2 frequency stabilization He-Ne laser has been carried out.The authors used the intercavity laser, and the double mode frequency stabilization to get the laser stabilized output through adjusting the two neighbor vertically polarized modes to the equal power reference point.Through the experiment, the authors analyzed the factors which affect the laser frequency repetition and stabilization, and measured the stabilized laser power and the frequency stabilization. The beat frequency experiment has shown that the frequency repetition can reach (1-2)×10-8 by frequency difference, and the laser stabilization can reach 10-10 by Allan variances. The experiments show that the stabilized laser can work well and can be used as frequency reference point.

1030 Studies on Photoluminescence Spectra of Polyfluorene under Modulation of Electric Field
LI Yun-bai,TENG Feng,XU Zheng, HOU Yan-bing, XU Xu-rong
The photoluminescence of polyfluorene thin film modulated by an electric field are studied. The results show that the photoluminescence from polyfluorene film can obviously quenched by the extra electric field, which is attributed to the electric field-induced dissociation of photogeneration excitons. The dependence of the exciton dissociation rate constant on the intensity of electric filed is fitted. The average hopping distance of element charge is 0.68 nm in PFO.This volume is comparable with the reported results in Alq3 and polymers. The spectral dependence of the factor of EFIQP is given. The dissociation of hot-exciton is deduced, which influences on the spectral dependence of the EFIQP factor slightly.

1045 Preparation and Infrared Spectral Analysis of Nanoporous Silica Thin Film
WANG Juan,ZHANG Chang-rui,FENG Jian,YANG Da-xiang
Crack-free homogeneous nanoporous silica films on silicon wafer have been synthesized via supercritical drying of wet gel films obtained by spin-coating the polymeric silica sol, which was prepared using sol-gel method with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) as precursor. The film is amorphous and nanoporous, and three-dimensional network, cross-linked by the primary particles whose sizes distribute between 10-20 nm showed respectively by XRD and SEM micrograph. The structure of the nanoporous SiO2 thin film was studied by FTIR spectra. The SiO2 thin film was composed of Si—O—Si and Si—OR, and was hydrophobic. The film contained Si—OH and became hydrophilic after being heat-treated at 250 ℃ or above in air.The heat-treated SiO2 thin film becomes hydrophobic by reacting with trimethylchlorosilane(TMCS).The TMCS-modified SiO2 thin film remains hydrophobic and can keep its nanoporous structure at a temperature lower than 450 ℃ in nitrogen.

1049 Analysis of Multi-Component Sugar Aqueous Solution in Low-Concentration by Near-Infrared Spectrometry
HU Bin, CHEN Da, SU Qing-de*
Near infrared spectrophotometry was used to determine the concentrations of one, two and three-component sugar aqueous solutions. However, this method was always applied to dry or low moisture products and was not practicable for fresh fruits and vegetables because of the strong absorption of water in near infrared region. In this paper, the authors applied NIR method to aqueous solutions and discussed how to enhance the sensitivity. In aqueous solution systems, concentration of each individual sugar was in range of 0.01-0.25 mol·L-1.Different calibrations and predicted results were gotten and compared to each other when full spectra or significant spectra regions were considered.By selecting relevant spectra regions due to important structural information to overcome the disturbance from absorption of water, calculations could be optimized and predicted results of concentrations were more accurate regarding the standard error of calibration (SEC) and standard error of prediction (SEP).

LIN Hua-xiang, WANG Xu-xu*, DAI Wen-xin, FU Xian-zhi
The TiO2 membranes were prepared on glass, ceramic tile and aluminum pieces by Sol-Gel and PVD methods.A fast and exact evaluation on the photocatalytic self-cleaning performance of the membrane materials was achieved by FTIR-ATR technique using oleic acid which was laid on the surface of the membrane. The hydrophilic property of the samples was also determined by the contact angle with water. The results showed that both the TiO2 membrane prepared on glass by the Sol-Gel and PVD methods displayed good photo-induced hydrophilic property and degradation activity of oleic acid, and no difference in hydrophilic property, but the former was a little superior to the latter in photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic conversion of oleic acid on the TiO2/galss, TiO2/ceramic tile and TiO2/ aluminum piece were 92%, 85% and 46%, respectively after illumination 3.5 h, showing a distinct effect of support material property on TiO2 photocatalytic performance. The results suggested that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 membrane coated on insulator support was higher than that coated on conductor support.

WANG Song-de,HAN Yun-xia,ZHU Xiao-long,YANG Jie-hui
Using reflective near infrared sensor and voice record-reproducing assembly, the present article studies the voice anticollision-prompting device for backing an automobile. If there is a man or an object within a certain distance behind the backing automobile, part of the infrared signal will be reflected by the man or the object, and received by the photosensitive tube installed with a transmitting tube, and transformed to a similar frequency electric signal. The electric signal will be amplified, demodulated, and shaped by the circuit of module. After comparing and processing, the control signal will be output, which controls the work of voice record-reproducing assembly, and reminds the driver that there is a man or an object behind the backing automobile. With both the near infrared sensor and voice record-reproducing assembly being integrated, the distance-warning device has the advantages of low costs, simple wiring, strong anti-detonation ability, precise measuring, and working stability. It is suitable for being installed and used on the automobile.

ZHENG Hua-jing1, 2, ZHENG Jia-gui2*,FENG Liang-huan2,ZHANG Jing-quan2,XIE Er-qing1
The structure and characteristics of CdTe thin films are dependent on the working atmosphere states in close-spaced sublimation. In the present paper, CdTe polycrystalline thin films were deposited by CSS in mixture atmosphere of argon and oxygen. The physical mechanism of CSS was analyzed, and the temperature distribution in CSS system was measured. The dependence of preliminary nucleus creation on the atmosphere states (involving component and pressure) was studied.Transparencies were measured and optic energy gaps were calculated. The results show that: (1) The CdTe films deposited in different atmospheres are cubic structure. With increasing oxygen concentration, σ increases and reaches the maximum at 6% oxygen concentration, then reduces, and increases again after passing the point at 12% oxygen concentration.Among them, the sample depositing at 9% oxygen concentration is the best. The optic energy gaps are 1.50-1.51 eV for all CdTe films.(2) The samples depositing at different pressures at 9% oxygen concentration are all cubical structure of CdTe, and the diffraction peaks of CdS and SnO2:F still appear. With the gas pressure increasing, the crystal size of CdTe minishes, the transparency of the thin film goes down, and the absorption side shifts to the short-wave direction.(3) The polycrystalline thin films with high quality deposit in 4 minutes under the depositing condition that the substrate temperature is 550 ℃, and source temperature is 620 ℃ at 9% oxygen concentration.

LIU Bao-sheng, GAO Jing, YANG Geng-liang
An energy transfer technique between acridine orange (AO) and rhodamine 6G (R6G) was studied, and the optimum experimental conditions of energy transfer were defined. It was found that the effective energy transfer could occur between AO and R6G in the dodecylbenzene sodium sulfonate solution with Na2HPO4-citric acid buffer solution at pH 5.0.The fluorescence intensity of AO-R6G system was diminished by vitamin B12 in an alkalescence medium.Based on the AO-R6G energy transfer system a novel fluorescence quenching method for the determination of vitamin B12 has been developed.Under optimal conditions, the linear range of calibration curves for the determination of vitamin B12 was 0-3.0×10-5 mol·L-1.The detection limits were 4.8×10-7 mol·L-1 for Vitamin B12.Among six times of determination, the relative standard deviation was 0.51%-0.64%, and the recovery was 98.40%-103.62%.The method features good recurrence, rapidity of reaction, good stability, and few interfering substances. It can be satisfactorily used in the determination of the injection content of vitamin B12.

1088 Study on the Interaction of Water-Soluble p-(N, N-Dimethylaminomethyl)calix[8]arene with DNA by Fluorescent Spectrometry
LI Lai-sheng, HUANG Zhi-bing, WANG Yu-xiao,LIU Xu,LI Yan-ping,GE Xiao-hui
The interaction of water-soluble p-(N, N-dimethylaminomethyl)calix[8]arene (CX8) with DNA was studied using adriamycin(ADM) as a probe by fluorescent spectrometry. The effect factors such as, pH of solution, salt effect and unlinking DNA on the spectra were also investigated. The interaction mechanism was proposed. The authors observed that the fluorescence of ADM was quenched by calf thymus DNA, and the fluorescence intensity of DNA-ADM enhanced with the increasing of the CX8 gradually. The result indicates that the strong electrostatic interaction between the oxyphosphate anion of DNA and the CX8 existed.According to the plot of scatchard, the results imply that the influence of CX8 on interaction of DNA-ADM belongs to mixed model, on the one hand, in the condition of neutral and acidity, the oxyphosphate anion of DNA can be neutralized by CX8 partially, which induced the contraction of DNA and the conformational change of DNA, which led to release ADM from DNA partially,on the other hand, the CX8 can also compete the electrostatic sites with ADM directly.

LING Xue1,MAO Zhen-wei1,FENG Min,HU Yao-wu1,WANG Chang-sui1,LIU Hong-miao
Gong kiln, for its long porcelain-firing history, was one of three representative white porcelain kilns in northern China. In order to improve the quality and whiteness of white porcelain, a decorating layer or cosmetic earth was laid on the body surface in Gong kiln during early Tang dynasty, which was able to blot out rough surface and weaken the influence of fuscous body upon surface color. In this paper the main chemical composition of the white porcelain’s profile was analyzed by using energy disperse X-Ray fluorescence. The result showed that different materials were used as cosmetic earth during early Tang dynasty, in accordance with the phenomenon under optical microscope. In addition, the glaze belongs to calcium glaze in which plant ash was added.

LI Tong, YAO Zi-hua*, QIU Man-de, AN Wei, SHI Da-gang
The localization of activity of glucose oxidase (GOD) on the pussian blue modified electrode by SiO2 sol-gel was studied by X-ray microanalysis.Glucose and Ce(NO3)3 served as substrate and capture respectively.Substrate was catalysed by immobilized GOD to produce H2O2,and the H2O2 was captured by Ce(NO3)3 to form precipitate. The precipitation deposited the active site of immobilized GOD on the enzyme electrode. The X-ray microanalysis showed that the distribution of active enzyme on the surface of the enzyme electrode was uniform, and the GOD immobilized maintained high activity. The X-ray analysis exhibited that the properties of the enzyme electrode depended on the distribution of enzyme activity on its surface from the view of microstructure, and the developed GOD electrode was of high sensitivity and excellent stability. The results agreed with the results of the electrochemical study.

1155 A Method for Redshift Determination of Quasars Based on Cross Correlation
LIU Rong1, DUAN Fu-qing2*, LUO A-li3
This paper presents a novel method for redshift determination of quasars.Firstly, a group of redshifts were determined using the emission line info extracted from the observed spectrum; Secondly, the template was redshifted according to the candidates, and the correlation between the observed spectrum and the redshifted template was measured. Finally, the redshift candidate corresponding to the highest correlation was chosen as the redshift.Compared with the existing methods based on spectral line matching, the proposed method has a lower dependence on the quality of spectral line extraction.Experiments show that this method is robust and superior to the methods based on spectral line matching.

1158 A Wavelet-Transform-Based Method for the Automatic Detection of Late-Type Stars
LIU Zhong-tian1, ZHAO Rui-zhen2, ZHAO Yong-heng3,WU Fu-chao1
The LAMOST project, the world largest sky survey project, urgently needs an automatic late-type stars detection system. However, to our knowledge, no effective methods for automatic late-type stars detection have been reported in the literature up to now.The present study work is intended to explore possible ways to deal with this issue. Here, by “late-type stars" we mean those stars with strong molecule absorption bands, including oxygen-rich M, L and T type stars and carbon-rich C stars.Based on experimental results, the authors find that after a wavelet transform with 5 scales on the late-type stars spectra, their frequency spectrum of the transformed coefficient on the 5th scale consistently manifests a unimodal distribution, and the energy of frequency spectrum is largely concentrated on a small neighborhood centered around the unique peak. However, for the spectra of other celestial bodies, the corresponding frequency spectrum is of multimodal and the energy of frequency spectrum is dispersible.Based on such a finding, the authors presented a wavelet-transform-based automatic late-type stars detection method. The proposed method is shown by extensive experiments to be practical and of good robustness.

YU Chun-yu,CHANG Ben-kang, WANG Qing-bao
In the intelligent traffic system, the automatic recognition system of the car plate is an important development field. This system must satisfy the requirement of all-day long inspection. In the course of inspection, the lack of natural light(such as at night, in rainy day...) could be a problem, that is to say there could be backlighting problem, and this problem can be solved by using compensatory light.By now, the high-power floodlight has been adopted.Because of its own characteristics of the floodlight, the satisfied result cannot be obtained. In the present thesis, how to select the right light is analyzed, including car lights’ spectra and visual response, and so on.The results of the practices are very satisfied.

A reference material used for wavelength calibration of fluorescence spectrophotometer was found. The holmium doped oxide reference material GBW(E)130112 is a kind of standard reference material for absorption spectrophotometer. It can emit 547.7 nm fluorescence when excited by xenon lamp light. The excitation spectrum of 547.7 nm fluorescence was measured. It was found that the measured peaks of excitation spectrum are positioned at 333.56, 360.43 and 418.39 nm, respectively, which are coincident with the true values 333.8, 360.9 and 418.5 nm of reference material certification. It was illustrated that the holmium doped oxide reference material GBW(E)130112 could be used as reference material for the excitation wavelength calibration of the fluorescence spectrophotometer. Its property could be enhanced very much if high luminescent efficiency material is selected as rare earth ion doped matrix, and the purity is enhanced to reduce the cross relaxation.
