Abstract:The fluorescence characteristics of the troxerutin in micellar system were studied. The experiments indicate that troxerutin can creat initial fluorescence in NaAc-HAc buffer solution and the existence of sodium dodecly benzen sulfonate-6(SDBS-6) can enhance the fluorescence signal of troxerutin greatly. A simple and highly sensitive fluorescence method using the micellar system for the trace analysis of troxerutin has been developed. The experimental conditions that influence the fluorescence intensity were investigated and optimized. The optimum experimental conditions are as follows: in pH 5.53 NaAc-HAc buffer solution,the excitation and emission wavelengths are 350.0 and 456.3 nm,respectively,and the concentration of SDBS-6 is 0.25%. The linear range is 1.6×10-6 mol·L-1-8.0×10-10 mol·L-1 with the detection limit of 1.1×10-10 mol·L-1. The RSD is 1.7%(n=11,c=6.0×10-7 mol·L-1),and the recovery is within the range of 98.5%-100.4%. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of troxerutin in tablets and injections. The results are satisfactory.
