| Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry for Measurement of Iron, Manganese and Zinc Contents of Wheat Seeds |

Abstract The iron, manganese and zinc trace element contents of six different ｋinds of winter wheat seeds ｗｅｒｅ studied by flaｍe atomic absorption spectrophotometｒｙ. As a result, the rates of recovery of iron, manganese and ziｎc are 103.09%，102.90% and 101.19%，respectively，ａｎｄ the relative standard deviations (RSDｓ) of Fe，Mn ａｎｄ Zn are smaller than 3.94%, 1.67% and 2.69%，respectively. Taking GBW08503 ｗheat fｌour ａｓ standard sample and cａrrying out comparative determination，ｔhe successful results ｗｅｒｅ achiｅved. This method is very simple, rapid and accurate.
