Abstract:Three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection samples were systematically studied via FTIR spectroscopy combined with second derivative and 2D correlation IR spectroscopy. Comparison was successfully made among different kinds and batches of the medicine samples. In conclusion,the multi-steps IR macro-fingerprint method was demonstrated to be a rapid,simple and reliable method in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine injection.
