Abstract In this paper, silver nanocubes were prepared by seed growth method. The prepared sliver nanocubes showed a uniform size distribution, with a RSD of 7.2%, according to scanning electron microscopy (SEM) characterization. CTAC on the surface of silver nanocubes were replaced by citrate. Based on SLIPS substrate with super lubrication properties, three dimensional SERS substrate was constructed with sliver nanocubes as building block. The three dimensional SERS substrate was used to detect tricyclazole and thiram in water and ethanol. The limit of detection for detecting tricyclazole and thiram could reach 52.8 and 41.6 nmol·L-1, respectively. The experiment results show that the three dimensional SERS substrate has an excellent detection sensitivity. Therefore, the three dimensional SERS substrate has great significance for detecting pesticide in real-world environment.
