Abstract:The novel luminescent trinuclear copper(Ⅰ) complex [Cu3(dppm)3(NO3)(OH)](NO3) has been obtained by treating binuclear copper(Ⅰ) [Cu(dppm)(NO3)]2 with sodium tetraphenyl boron (dppm=Ph2PCH2PPh2). The complex was characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. The title complex exhibits photoluminescence behavior at room temperature.
