A Variable Selection Method Based on Ensemble-SISPLS for Near Infrared Spectroscopy

Corn数据集变量选择结果为说明Ensemble-SISPLS方法的有效性, 在相同的校正集上, 分别使用UVE-PLS^{[ 13 ]}, SIS-SPLS变量选择方法对Corn数据进行变量选择, 建立PLSR回归模型对相同的验证集样本进行预测, 三种方法的性能对比见表1 , 其中RMSEP为预测均方根误差。
