| Principle of Determining the Composition of Complexes with the Ratio of Double Peak Values at Double Wavelengths by UV Spectrophotometry |

Abstract In this paper, a new method for determining composition ratio of complexes was stｕdied with ratio of double peak values at double wavelengths by UV spectrophotometry. The ratio of the maximｕm peak value to the minimｕm peak value and the composition ratio of complexes are the same. The calculation formula for the composition of complexes is deduced in accordance with beers law and the theory of dissociation equilibrium of complexes：N=(ΔA2εMRλ1-ΔA1εMRλ2)/(ΔA2εRλ1-ΔA1εRλ2). The calcｕlated value and that obtained bｙ traditional method are agreeable. The method is reliable，simple, visual and quick.
