Abstract:After the middle temperature cinefaction sample was dipped in 6 mol·L-1 HNO3,the relevant disturbance was removed by LaCl3 and CsCl,and the contents of ten elements(Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Pb,Cd,Ca,Mg,K and Na) were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry in the same solution by standard curve method. The experimental result indicates that there are abundant Zn,Mn,K,Ca,Na,Fe,Mg and Cu in the pollen,while the content of Pb is very low,and there is no Cd. Using the wild ageratum pollen as the sample,the proper condition of sample disposing and how to remove disturbance were studied and determined in detail,and the accuracy and precision of the method were examined. As a result,different element in the pollen doesn′t interfere with each other under the chosen condition. These ten elements can be determined in the same preparation solution respectively. The recovery is between 93.4% and 112.0%,the relative standard deviation is between 0.3% and 2.6% (n=5). The result is accurate and reliable.
